Beardonna works to process and ship orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Because of our fast processing system, cancellation or modification requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.
While we make every reasonable effort to accommodate requests, cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the order can no longer be canceled.

- The order has already shipped
Beardonna is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect customer-provided address information.
Product Availability & Changes

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, Beardonna may offer:

- Partial cancellation

Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been issued, cancellation or modification requests can no longer be processed.
Customers who no longer wish to keep shipped items may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
Refused or Undeliverable Orders
Orders refused at delivery or returned due to failed delivery attempts may be subject to inspection before refund eligibility is determined.
Shipping fees may be non-refundable in certain situations involving:
